Hello, I’m May!
Yoga teacher, massage therapist and coach, lover of nature, travel and community.
I support people to cultivate healthier, happier lifestyles – through yoga, massage, coaching and all round wellness support.
As with all of us, I have been on my own journey in this rich tapestry of life. I sometimes feel that I spent the first 25 years of my life wrapping myself up in protective layers, and am now spending the next 25 gently unraveling them!
Along the way, I have started to identify my unhelpful habits, patterns and responses to the world, and cultivated practices to gently ease my way out.
Now I enjoy making decisions based on love and life, instead of fear, and living with my two feet firmly planted on the earth.
I share this learning and the practices I have discovered and developed with my clients through yoga, massage, coaching, yoga-nature workshops and retreats, with lots of delicious combinations of all of these. I love supporting people to uncover their own stumbling blocks, unhelpful patterns and habits that are holding them back, and holding the space, with guidance, to start to make positive changes and steer their life towards their true aims and desires.
